Located in the heart of Ocean Lakes Family Campground, this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2 level beach house offers the best of both worlds – a serene escape from the everyday hustle and bustle, yet within easy reach of all Ocean Lakes amenities by cart or by foot! The downstairs master bedroom has a king size bed with an ensuite bath, there are 2 bedrooms upstairs 1 with a queen size bed and the other with a twin over queen bunk. There is a full bath on the 2nd floor and a half bath on the 1st floor. The expansive deck, an enclosed outdoor shower, and great outdoor space are just some of the outstanding features of this home! This home is not pet friendly, no smoking/vaping, there is no golf cart with this home but they are available to rent from Ocean Lakes. You must be 25 years of age or older to rent and contract signer must stay for the duration of the reservation.

By electronically accepting the C Crest Property Management rental contract you are agreeing that you are 25 years of age or older and you and your guest(s) will abide by the rules, policies and practices of this owner, their Management Company and Ocean Lakes Family Campground. This is inclusive of, but not limited to, behavior at the home and in public, policies regarding alcohol and drugs, golf cart and other traffic rules, etc. The individual signing the agreement is responsible for all actions of all guest(s). Should these rules or policies be disrespected you are subject to eviction and/or loss of your rental fee and/or security deposit at the discretion of the owner, their Management Company and Ocean Lakes Family Campground. The person signing the contract must remain during the duration of the stay, if the signer is found to be in violation this will result in eviction of the entire party with no reimbursement of funds or security deposit.
