General Information
C Crest Property Management, LLC is based in Myrtle Beach, SC and represents homeowners who want to share their vacation homes with others. A majority of homes are in Ocean Lakes Family Campground but there is also a site in the Shore Drive area of Myrtle Beach. C Crest Property Management is also on TicTok (@ccrestpm), Instagram (c_crest_pm) and Facebook (C Crest Property Management). Here's what you need to know about booking with C Crest:
- If you would like to book a home, please complete the information that is to the right of the homes picture - dates, number of guests and click send inquiry. After sending the inquiry you will receive and email and this will give you a quote with a link to book, you are under no obligation to book - this is a quote only that will expire within a few days - if your quote expired you will need to request a new one. This is a quote for the price and doesn't "hold" the home
- All bookings are done through the website, 50% of the rental is due at booking and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival - all of these transactions are against your credit/debit card and you will receive an email confirming each charge. There is a $500. security deposit that is a 'hold' only against your card that is placed 2-3 days before your arrival and the hold will be released after a departing inspection (typically the removal within 2-3 days of departing)
- Approximately 2 days prior to your arrival, or at the time of booking if your arrival date is within 2 days, you will receive an email that will explain all of the check in information including express parking (if applicable) and other important information
- Bed/bath linens are provided, this includes a set of sheets for each bed in the home, 2 complete sets of bath towels for the number of guests that the home accommodates; bath mats, make up towels and kitchen sets are included. Paper goods, beach towels and beach chairs are not included unless specifically noted in the description of the home.
- Your Ocean Lakes rental includes access to the water park, pools, sports courts. Please see the Ocean Lakes activities calendar for seasonal, daily events -some with fees associated. Your A Place At The Beach V and Guest Cottages rental includes access to pools
- Check out time is 10 a.m., please do not lose your security deposit by departing late; check-in is at 4 p.m.
- Guest responsibilities:
- Treat the rental as your own, no smoking or vaping in the home or near doorways or windows. Do not do anything to damage the home. Please take household trash to the rolling bin at the home, trash pick up is noted in the unit (trash is taken in a dumpster at A Place At The Beach V) - do not let trash accumulate in the home. Do not move furniture or remove items from the house
- Obey all rules and policies of the homeowner, C Crest Property Management, LLC, and the community that the rental is located in - not abiding by the rules can cause you to lose your vacation privileges and your security deposit - there are no refunds for evictions. By signing the rental contract you are responsible for your guests are held liable for any fines, fees or damages to this property or the property of others.
- At check out time, please empty all trash and dispose of it in the waste container labeled for your rental. Ensure all food items are disposed of, please leave no food, beverages or condiments in the residence. Wipe down countertops, no dishes in the sink or dishwasher and double check that you have all of your personal belongings; in the event you leave something at the home it can take up to 7 days for the item to be returned and postage fees will come from your security deposit. If there is a washer/dryer in your rental, please empty the lint filter after use
- If applicable, return all keys to the lock box as you depart, please do not inconvenience the next guests
- In the unfortunate event that something needs to be repaired, contractors and repair companies will not enter your rental without you or a member of your party present. Every effort is made not to inconvenience you and should a repair be necessary we will keep you posted along the way
- The cable/internet provider is Spectrum and is susceptible to outages due to construction, during and after storms; there is no compensation reimbursements for a loss of service
- If a complimentary golf cart comes with your Ocean Lakes rental, please keep it clean and charged during your stay and before you depart. Abide by all rules set forth by Ocean Lakes, do not lose your vacation over a violation. If there is a violation you may be subject to eviction, loss of your remaining stay physically and financially and loss of your security deposit
- Ocean Lakes Family Campground, A Place At The Beach V and Guest Cottages are always striving to improve their amenities and homeowners are doing the same, please be aware that there may be construction near your rental, this cannot be controlled and no refunds are given due to nearby construction. Construction crews have certain hours and days to work so you will not be inconvenienced in the early morning or late evening
If you are a guest a Pelican's Roost or Guest Cottages (Shore Drive area) the same general rules apply, please adhere to the policies set forth by the HOA for A Place At The Beach V or Guest Cottages - these are clearly posted throughout the property
- Obey all rules and policies of the homeowner, C Crest Property Management, LLC, A Place At The Beach V or Guest Cottage (whichever pertains to your rental) and their HOA and Management Company- not abiding by the rules can cause you to lose your vacation privileges and your security deposit - there are no refunds for evictions. By signing the rental contract you are responsible for your guests are held liable for any fines, fees or damages to this property or the property of others. DO NOT leave items in the hallway and a reminder that this is not a pet friendly home.
- Return all keys to the lock box and car passes (if applicable) to the countertop in the kitchen as you depart, please do not inconvenience the next guests
- At check out time, please empty all trash and dispose of it in the waste container labeled for your rental. Ensure all food items are disposed of, please leave no food, beverages or condiments in the residence.
