By electronically accepting the C Crest Property Management rental contract you are agreeing that you are 25 years of age or older and you and your guest(s) will abide by the rules, policies and practices of this owner, their Management Company and Ocean Lakes Family Campground. This is inclusive of, but not limited to, behavior at the home and in public, policies regarding alcohol and drugs, golf cart and other traffic rules, etc. The individual signing the agreement is responsible for all actions of all guest(s). Should these rules or policies be disrespected you are subject to eviction and/or loss of your rental fee and/or security deposit at the discretion of the owner, their Management Company and Ocean Lakes Family Campground. The person signing the contract must remain during the duration of the stay, if the signer is found to be in violation this will result in eviction of the entire party with no reimbursement of funds or security deposit.
