Off street parking, large laundry/storage area.  Quaint kitchen with dinette table, comfortable living area. Queen size beds in both bedrooms each with its on TV, 1 bedroom has ensuite bath, bed and bath linens are provided. Beach towels, chairs and paper goods are not included. No pets are allowed in this home.  No golf cart is available, but they can be rented from Ocean Lakes. Large porch, gas grill, outdoor shower. This home is for non-smokers.  Guests must be 25 to book and must stay for the duration of the reservation.  7 night minimum stay in peak season, 2 night minimum the rest of the year - **monthly rental available in the off season - send inquiry for special rates**.
