Site E3 is Once Upon A Tide, a beautiful 3 bedroom with a bonus, amazing MERMAID loft that has a twin bed. The home sleeps a maximum of 11, it has 2 full baths. There is a large, open concept living, dining and kitchen area and a large porch and sitting area underneath the home for entertaining. There is a charcoal grill on the ground level of the home, an outdoor shower and its location makes it a 1 minute walk to the sand and 3 minute walk to the water park! There is no cart with this home but they are available to rent from Ocean Lakes. WiFi and cable are provided, this home is smoke and pet free. Guests provide their own paper goods, beach towels and chairs. Sheets for all beds and 2 towel sets for the number of guests the home accommodates, make-up towels and kitchen linens are provided. You must be 25 years of age or older to rent the home and you must be able to stay for the duration of the reservation.

Cancellation Policy: Eighty-five percent (85.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
